I mean, why not?! They are awesome! As Universal says “Expect Amazing”, and they are! I’ve returned from a couple of recent visits for some training and of course to spend some time at the parks. They did not disappoint. I was fortunate enough to experience each type of resort category. Let’s talk a bit about the first two categories.
Value
This category will be the Endless Summer Resorts, Surfside and Dockside. These resorts are well themed and fun! They offer counter service options with a variety of foods available onsite. The available transportation to the parks and Universal’s City Walk are the shuttle buses. In my experience the bus service has been simple & quick!
Prime Value
The Prime Value resorts include Aventura Hotel and Cabana Bay. Just as the Value resorts they are well themed and fun! You can expect a few more dining options and again a great variety of foods available. There are shuttle buses and walking paths available for these resorts. Cabana Bay is just steps from Volcano Bay, Universal’s amazing water theme park!
Some of the perks to staying “on resort” are that all onsite guests can “breeze into one of Universal’s parks one hour before other guests”! (See park hours for details & schedule applying to your stay.) You also receive resort-wide charging privileges with your room key and complimentary merchandise delivery!
